3. Subscription & Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment must be made by the due date to avoid service interruption.
• Any outstanding dues must be cleared before reactivation or plan change.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the connection for any unlawful activity, network abuse, bandwidth theft, or distribution of malware. Fair usage is expected on shared bandwidth plans.

5. Equipment

CPE devices (router/ONT) provided by us remain the property of the company. You are responsible for their safe use and may be charged for damage, loss or failure to return them.

6. Liability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruption.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
