About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to maintain our IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day responsibilities for the Information Technology team.
- Coordinate with cross-team members to resolve issues quickly.
- Document processes and maintain service quality standards.
- Respond to incidents and maintain service continuity.
